This committee shall be responsible for providing leadership in the identification of, recruiting. reclaiming, and reactivating members. It shall be the duty of the Membership Chairman to plan, coordinate, and implement all orientation activities for candidates for membership as stipulated by the Membership Experience, and reactivation of inactive members
